St. John Vianney Catholic School

We partnered with St. John Vianney Catholic School to plan and deliver a targeted addition and interior renovation that addressed space limitations while reinforcing a safe, welcoming learning environment. The project included a 2,169-SF addition and a 4,171-SF renovation designed to support evolving educational needs and improve day-to-day functionality for students, staff, and families.

Working closely with school leadership, we coordinated improvements that prioritized security, administrative efficiency, and age-appropriate learning spaces. The addition introduced a new secure entrance and corridor, administrative and staff offices, private conference areas, a health room, secure file storage, and a dedicated K4 classroom. Interior design elements thoughtfully incorporated school branding, celebrating the shamrock logo and school colors throughout the renovated spaces.

Throughout construction, MSI General maintained a safe and secure site while remaining flexible to the school’s changing schedule and operational needs. Careful phasing and proactive coordination kept the school operational throughout the work, minimizing disruption while ensuring high-quality execution and a smooth transition into the updated spaces.
