St. John’s Lutheran School Mukwonago

This addition was thoughtfully designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing St. John’s Lutheran School building while supporting the evolving needs of its students, faculty, and parish community. The expansion added five new classrooms, providing modern, flexible learning environments alongside a multipurpose commons area and a dedicated food serving room to enhance daily student life. Additional improvements included new restrooms, a specialized music room, tutoring space, and a new faculty area, creating well-balanced spaces for learning, collaboration, and support services.

Through the DESIGNBUILD delivery approach, planning and construction were closely coordinated with school leadership to align scheduling with the academic calendar and parish activities. Prioritizing safety and continuity of operations, the team maintained an organized, secure construction site while minimizing disruption to ongoing school programming.
