Tanis Brush

We partnered with Tanis Brush to once again expand their facility, adding new warehouse space and site improvements to support continued operational growth.

Working closely with Tanis Brush leadership, the team coordinated site planning and the facility expansion to align with operational workflows and long-term growth goals. Improvements included expanded parking and stormwater infrastructure, along with strategic site development to support increased activity and future scalability. Careful planning ensured the expansion integrated seamlessly with existing operations while enhancing overall site efficiency.

The project was delivered using MSI General’s DESIGNBUILD approach, integrating planning, design coordination, and construction into a single streamlined process. This collaborative delivery method enabled efficient coordination of site development and the building expansion while maintaining schedule alignment and cost certainty throughout the project.
