Town of Oconomowoc DPW

We partnered with the Town of Oconomowoc to deliver a new Department of Public Works facility designed to improve operational efficiency and support essential municipal services. The facility was planned to accommodate vehicle storage, maintenance functions, and staff support spaces within a cohesive, purpose-built environment.

Working alongside Town leadership and operations staff, we coordinated planning efforts to align building layout, site access, and service workflows with daily operational needs. Early collaboration allowed the team to address budget considerations, long-term durability, and future flexibility while maintaining schedule alignment. The facility features convenient drive-thru access, ample storage space, and dedicated maintenance and wash areas for vehicles and equipment.

Through our DESIGNBUILD approach, we managed both design coordination and construction under a unified process. This approach provided cost transparency, reduced risk, and ensured consistent execution from early planning through project completion.
