We partnered with the Slinger Fire Department to expand and modernize their existing fire station to better support operational demands and community service. The project included targeted additions and interior improvements designed to enhance functionality while respecting the existing facility design.
Working closely with department leadership, we coordinated planning efforts to align space upgrades with response needs and ongoing station operations. Early DESIGNBUILD engagement supported efficient phasing, budget awareness, and schedule planning.

Our fire department and building committee were not experienced in the process of building such a complex structure in conjunction with using part of the existing building. Our committee included people in the trades, but we needed the MSI General team to bring the project together – on time and on budget. From the first proposal to the final punch list corrections, we were always handled in a professional manner.
