Kohler Signature Store

We partnered with long-term repeat client First Supply to bring the new Kohler Signature Store concept to life in Edina, Minnesota, reimagining a long-standing showroom as the first location in the United States to showcase Kohler’s newest store layout. Originally opened in April 2012 as a 3,000 SF concept showroom, the store was relocated to another storefront within the same building and expanded to roughly double its original size, creating room for a more immersive and design-forward customer experience. The fully rebuilt showroom now features interactive, functioning faucets, sinks, and showers, along with a wide variety of styles and finishes that help visitors create a space tailored to their unique vision.

Working alongside First Supply, Kohler, and all project stakeholders, we helped deliver a highly experiential environment that balances product display, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. New features include interactive kitchen-faucet displays, dedicated SMART home and wellness suites, and plug-and-play stations that let visitors pair faucets and sinks to explore product combinations in real time. The showroom also includes a fully functioning ice bath and sauna. Our experience delivering Kohler Signature Store projects in Bethesda, MD; Overland Park, KS; Birmingham, MI; and Wauwatosa, WI brought valuable familiarity to the process and supported efficient execution in Edina.

Delivered in just over 90 days, this project reflects the speed, trust, and alignment that are possible when the right team comes together with a shared commitment to execution.
