Pewaukee Yacht Club

We partnered with the Pewaukee Yacht Club, founded in 1886, to thoughtfully replace their outdated 1966 clubhouse with a modern, purpose-built facility that honors the club’s long-standing sailing tradition and lakefront legacy. The new clubhouse balances timeless nautical character with contemporary comfort, functionality, and refined finishes suited for year-round gatherings along Pewaukee Lake.

Close coordination with the club guided planning decisions around functionality and member use. The new building supports a wide range of social and operational needs, including a full kitchen, men’s, women’s, and family restrooms, a spacious great hall, bar, gallery areas, and storage. Outdoor amenities were carefully integrated to strengthen the connection to the lake and sailing culture, all positioned to support events, regattas, and everyday club life. Covered seating areas, an outdoor bar, an outdoor grill, a loggia, and a covered porch create flexible environments for dining, socializing, and waterfront events.

Delivery was completed through MSI General’s fully integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, allowing design and construction teams to work seamlessly from demolition through completion. This single-source structure supported cost control, schedule certainty, and design continuity, ensuring the new clubhouse reflects both the heritage of the Pewaukee Yacht Club and its vision for the future.
