Shorehaven Clubhouse

We collaborated with Shorehaven to transform its clubhouse into a flexible, welcoming destination that supports connection, dining, and community engagement. The renovation focused on transforming underutilized areas into purposeful gathering environments while elevating the overall member experience through thoughtful interior updates.

Working closely with stakeholders, our team strategically converted the existing café into a functional meeting and training space designed for adaptability and comfort. Dining, gathering, and lounge areas were refreshed to create a cohesive flow throughout the clubhouse—supporting both everyday use and larger community events. Careful coordination of layout, finishes, and operational needs ensured the new spaces enhance functionality while maintaining a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Through our integrated DESIGNBUILD delivery model, we introduced a new warming kitchen to expand food service capabilities and support event hosting. Additional spaces, including a conference room, multipurpose room, and private meeting areas, provide flexibility for training sessions, social gatherings, and member programs. The result is a modernized clubhouse environment that strengthens community interaction and enhances daily operations.
