Working with MSI General on this project has been a pleasure…again! We contracted them for our first building in 2011. The team they put on the field this time and the entire organization has once again delivered across all disciplines from design, project management, and through construction…especially during these tough and trying times – they have remained on-scope, on-budget, and on-time. The building interior was demoed and rebuilt to improve office and manufacturing space layouts.
The new corporate office is designed to integrate multiple teams in a modern environment.
Visual access from the office and lunchroom to the manufacturing plant to encourage open communication and employee connections.
Open ceilings and an open floor plan for flexible collaborative spaces.
A boutique/industrial 1,100 SF bar and meeting space off the main lobby for internal meetings and guest/client relations
A state-of-the-art product development lab and testing area was built.
The exterior was updated and new window walls were added to provide more natural sunlight.
TechniBlend designs and manufactures beverage and liquid processing equipment and systems.
