G-Town Properties

The facade update project for the retail strip involved painting all existing brick masonry and EIFS gray to modernize the appearance while adhering to the Germanic theme guidelines set by the Village of Germantown. Contrasting colors were used on the wood trim, particularly on the gable ends, to highlight the Germanic architectural style. Additionally, new awnings were installed to enhance visual appeal and provide weather protection.
