The St. John’s Lutheran School project adds 8,050 SF to the original school built over 20 years ago by MSI General.
We partnered with Tanis Brush to once again expand their facility, adding new warehouse space and site improvements to support continued operational growth.
MSI General partnered with MGS to deliver a state-of-the-art Innovation Center featuring cleanrooms, corporate offices, and advanced manufacturing space, serving as MGS’s global headquarters and a hub for healthcare innovation.
The St. John’s Lutheran School project added new classrooms, a multipurpose commons, food service space, and faculty areas—designed to seamlessly connect to the existing school.
We partnered with the Catholic Ecology Center to deliver a DESIGNBUILD visitor and chapel addition that balances sustainability, functionality, and reverence for tradition, creating flexible spaces that support education, retreats, and community engagement.
