Dalco Metals

Dalco Metals is a family-owned, premier supplier of flat rolled steel processing services. They recently expanded their business to provide additional metal processing services. They selected MSI General to design and build a 78,790 sq. ft. NUCOR metal building which boasts four overhead cranes to aid in the movement and processing of steel, aluminum, and stainless materials. The exterior features 3-inch insulated metal panel cladding over a 4-foot high concrete knee wall and steel structure. The interior, adeptly equipped with LED lighting and oversized destratification fans, provides ample space for the large machinery required to process material. Four interior docks on the west side of the building provide a large, climate-controlled shipping area. The east bay of the building, designated as a drive-thru receiving area, features a 30-ton overhead crane. The northwest corner houses 4,300 sq. ft. of office space, including conference/meeting rooms, locker/restrooms, and an employee break/lunchroom.
