Our team worked with heatTEK to transform their 8,300-square-foot storage mezzanine into a versatile and dynamic space that now serves as a modern lunchroom, a learning and workspace, and contemporary offices.
The newly revamped mezzanine is designed to foster collaboration and efficiency, providing the team with a conducive environment that blends style with practicality. One of the standout features of the mezzanine is its versatility; it can be transformed from a single expansive room into up to five smaller, private rooms through the use of moveable walls. This flexibility ensures that the space can cater to a variety of needs, whether it’s for large team meetings or smaller, focused group discussions.
It was great working with the MSI team, they brought great ideas and were flexible to change throughout the project. We’re looking forward to using the space for years to come!
