MSI General has been privileged to work with GO Riteway for decades in multiple locations throughout the Midwest, including: Waupaca, Brookfield, Mequon, Milwaukee, West Bend, and Oak Creek, WI and Zeeland, MI.

In Oak Creek, MSI General remodeled and upgraded their existing shop area by adding five overhead doors and relocating an existing equipment mezzanine to the center of the shop for improved bay access allowing more buses to be maintained at the same time. The exterior was enhanced with a two-toned paint job for a fresh new look. Additional access drives with parking stalls were designed and built. Similar renovations occurred at the GO Riteway Elmbrook and Mill Road Milwaukee terminals as well.

In Mequon, a new 3,300 SF dispatch and bus maintenance facility was designed and built by MSI General to serve the Mequon and Thiensville school districts. The decorative block building has a modern design with offset asymmetrical windows. The main entry is constructed of metal panels with a canopy and cube brick elements. The project also included a natural gas filling station and a landscaped bus parking area.

In West Bend, a new 8,730 SF facility complete with an office/dispatch center and ample space for vehicle maintenance and parking was designed and built in 2022. The office portion of the building consists of two-toned gray concrete masonry, and the service garage structure incorporates a Nucor metal wall panel system with a concrete masonry wall base. The site plan includes space for future expansion of the parking area southeast of the building.
