When Indar looked at the United States for a place to build their first manufacturing plant, they narrowed the site down to the Menomonee Valley in Milwaukee. They loved the workforce here, more specifically the work ethic in Milwaukee, and the number of local vendors they could rely on for parts.

MSI General worked with Ingeteam’s corporate owner Indar to create the right image for their North American corporate headquarters. The architectural design and construction of the 138,000 sq.ft. industrial facility for the Spanish company received LEED Gold accreditation. Ingeteam is a leading manufacturer of wind energy products.
