The new Lucas Milhaupt facility, located at 4850 South Pennsylvania Avenue in Cudahy, will enable the company to expand its operations and increase its production capacity. The 76,728 SF of manufacturing space and 21,971 SF of office space is designed to optimize workflow and efficiency. It will be equipped with the latest technologies and equipment to improve the process of melting and fabricating alloys.

MSI General is working closely with Lucas Milhaupt throughout the design and construction process to ensure that the facility meets the company’s specific needs and requirements. The result will be a facility that is not only functional and efficient, but also aesthetically pleasing.
