A Lake Country neighbor of MSI General, The Boat House of Lake Country in Nashotah is growing! They offer premium new boats, a large selection of used boats and everything else you need to experience life on the water! The Boat House also provides service/repair and storage to our vast boating community. We are excited to partner with The Boat House on the remodel of their newly acquired facilities.
Improvements during this remodel include:
• Office buildout with new finishes
• EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) work
• Tuck Pointing
• Structural upgrades
• Garage door installation
• Electrical upgrades
• HVAC upgrades
• Exterior painting of both buildings and light poles in parking lot
