Accurate Specialties

We partnered with Accurate Specialties to design and build a cutting-edge manufacturing facility that supports high-precision operations while maximizing site efficiency. Strategically integrated into a hillside adjacent to Fisher Barton’s full-service foundry, the facility leverages its unique setting to enhance functionality, access, and long-term operational performance.

Through early collaboration with the client and project stakeholders, we aligned building design, equipment requirements, and workflow efficiency to support advanced manufacturing processes. The facility features extra high ceilings to accommodate large-scale turning equipment, along with a 2,500-square-foot mezzanine that provides additional operational and support space. Heavy industrial capabilities were integrated with a 5-ton overhead crane and loading docks with levelers, ensuring efficient material handling and seamless logistics between operations.

Delivered through MSI General’s integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, the project benefited from a unified team guiding every phase from concept through completion. This streamlined delivery reduced complexity, enhanced coordination, and resulted in a high-performance manufacturing environment built to support growth, precision, and long-term operational success.
