St. Anthony on the Lake Catholic School

Through a carefully phased process, we helped St. Anthony on the Lake School expand and reconfigure its campus to better support education, parish life, and long-term operational needs. Working in close partnership with school and parish leadership, MSI General planned and delivered a series of additions and renovations that kept the campus active while creating cohesive, purpose-driven spaces for students, staff, and the broader community.

Collaboration and foresight guided each phase of the project. Phase One introduced a significant addition of a new parish activity center and gym, along with a dedicated music room and science lab, expanding both academic and community programming capacity. A subsequent addition unified the parish and school offices into a single administrative hub, establishing a clearly defined, controlled entrance that improved security, circulation, and daily operations. In Phase Two, former office, conference, and gathering spaces were renovated to support more flexible and collaborative use.

Phase Three completed the transformation by reimagining the original gym as a Christian Formation Parish Life Center and school cafeteria, anchored by a fully updated kitchen. Delivered through MSI General’s integrated DESIGNBUILD approach, provided continuity across design, budgeting, and construction while maintaining schedule certainty across multiple phases. The result is a unified, future-ready campus that strengthens learning, fellowship, and parish connection.
