At every juncture, the team meet and exceeded our expectations. When sub-contractors dropped the ball the team from MSI picked it up and made sure we were ready for our grand opening.

Over the years, GO Riteway Transportation Group has partnered with MSI General for both constructing new building and retrofitting existing buildings for our business needs. When designing new facilities like West Bend, the MSI General team provides expert resources and knowledge regarding building and parking lot design to construct an efficient project on time and within our budget.

Our business suffered a devastating fire, and we were a bit lost on the whole process of rebuilding – figuring out what changes would make sense, navigating code upgrades, figuring out a design scheme, etc. At our first meeting with MSI General, we knew they were the company we wanted to work with. They came in for the first walk-through with a whole team and started brainstorming ideas immediately. This experience was so much more personal and reassuring than the ones we had had with other companies.
