Multiple Completed Projects: Various Locations
Over the past 4 years, MSI General has been the builder of choice for Ian’s Pizza-MKE. MSI General has been involved with projects at all three of Ian’s locations in the Milwaukee area.
Ian’s Pizza: North Avenue – This project involved remodeling their existing restaurant and expanding into an adjacent space to increase the size of the restaurant by over 3,000 sq.ft. Work included new serving counters, kitchen improvements, and new seating areas. A new circular pizza oven was also installed to increase the number of “pies” that could be prepared. MSI General remodeled the bathrooms and helped the owners with new equipment to add beer and additional beverage service.
Ian’s Pizza: Juneau Avenue – This project involved replacing the entire service and pizza preparation counters. This high traffic location needed a complete remodeling on both the ground floor and a new dining room on the second floor of the restaurant. We replaced the tiled kitchen floor with a new, seamless, slip-resistant epoxy floor system and remodeled the first and second floor bathrooms. A new point of purchase beverage cooler was installed to expand beverage choices at the restaurant.
Ian’s Pizza: Story Hill – Last year, Ian’s Pizza added a third store to the original two locations. The Story Hill restaurant, located near the Stadium, was built primarily as a pizza delivery/take-out location with a small dining area. MSI General worked with Ian’s Pizza owner, Ryan Donovan, to remodel the former bakery into a new pizzeria. Ryan did tile work in the bathrooms and dining area and MSI painted the first floor and made improvements to the basement for new cooler space. New service counters and a point of purchase beverage cooler were installed. The most difficult aspect of this project was the installation of a complex hood system for the pizza baking area of the kitchen.
