Okauchee Lions Park

The Okauchee Lions Club has been helping to serve our community since they formed in 1950. The Okauchee Lions 11,500 sq. ft. Pavilion and Event Center is synonymous with many annual Lake Country Festivals and Picnics, most notably the Okauchee Lions Days in early June. When our neighbors asked us to help give their pavilion a face lift, we rolled up our sleeves and got right to it.

The goal of the project was to expand the kitchen and meeting room, update the façade and exterior of the building, enclose the pavilion to allow for winter events and provide an identity, or landmark for the Okauchee Community. Using our Five-Step DesignBuild process, MSI General was able to satisfy all of their design and budget needs. In conjunction with many local contractors, the project was completed on time for the annual Okauchee Lions Days celebration.
