When sub-contractors dropped the ball the team from MSI General picked it up and made sure we were ready for our grand opening.The overall experience was exceptional. The entire staff at MSI General were truly amazing, attentive to our needs and provided us with insights to make the building journey efficient. What is most telling is that we have become close personal friends with many of the people from MSI General. This started as a business arrangement and became family!!

Our business suffered a devastating fire, and we were a bit lost on the whole process of rebuilding – figuring out what changes would make sense, navigating code upgrades, figuring out a design scheme, etc. At our first meeting with MSI General, we knew they were the company we wanted to work with. They came in for the first walk-through with a whole team and started brainstorming ideas immediately. This experience was so much more personal and reassuring than the ones we had had with other companies.
